How to update HikVision Firmware

3. Click on the Scatter Loading tab and enter the MT6768_Android_scatter.txt file
4. Next click Download on AFtool, then connect the phone to the PC in the off condition

The flashing process starts running, wait for the process to finish

Some of the devices to connect to AFtool need a boot button, if it's still not detected on the PC please try while pressing the up or down vol button
